Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data.
What Personal Data I Process
- Identification data: first name, surname, date of birth
- Contact data: address, phone number, email
- Property data and contractual documentation
- Identity documents to the extent required by AML legislation
Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
- Performance of a contract – intermediation agreement and related contractual documents (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Legal obligation – Czech Real Estate Intermediation Act No. 39/2020 Coll., AML Act No. 253/2008 Coll. (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
- Legitimate interest – protection of legal claims, client communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 5 years after its termination, or longer where required by law (AML Act – 10 years).
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
- erasure ("right to be forgotten") where the purpose of processing has ceased,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) (www.uoou.cz).

Liability Insurance
I hold professional liability insurance for damages caused in the course of real estate intermediation, in accordance with Section 6 of Act No. 39/2020 Coll. Details of the insurance policy are available upon request.

In the event of a dispute arising from an intermediation agreement that cannot be resolved directly, you have the right to contact the out-of-court dispute resolution body:

Right of Withdrawal
If the intermediation agreement was concluded off-premises or by means of distance communication, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. A model withdrawal form is available upon request.
